A Day can be arranged in a hospital of your choice to eliminate travel costs for delegates.  It comprises two identical half day programmes.

The Society provides:

• Two speakers recognised nationally as experts in their field.
• Between 8 and 12 companies willing to form the accompanying Exhibition.
• Comprehensive guidelines for the local organiser about the administrative aspects of the day.
• Printed posters and programmes to create local publicity.
• Handouts of presentations
• Certificates of Attendance for delegate personal profiles.

As the local organiser you would only need to provide:

• Venue for delegates including an adjacent space for at least 10 companies.
• Tea/coffee for morning and afternoon session for which a minimal charge may be made.
• Snack lunches for the two speakers and a maximum of two representatives from each exhibiting company.
• Photocopies of handouts.
• The Study Day must be kept free to all Staff.
